Wilda Wennelin - Ljusstake

Wilda L. Wennelin (b. 1999) is a multidisciplinary artist rooted in Stockholm. She is completing her Jewellery & Corpus BFA at Konstfack, which gives metal a central place in her practice. Her work often departs from the body or from the need to preserve what risks disappearing. By blending the beautiful with the grotesque, she creates attempts at living on through materials that endure longer than the body itself.
