WAY gallery Sthlm is a physical and digital gallery with an online store where you can discover art, creations, exhibitions, and inspiration.
Can I visit the gallery?
Yes, you're very welcome to visit us at Upplandsgatan 57, 113 28 Stockholm.
Private viewings are also available – just email us at info@waygallerysthlm.com.

How are artworks shipped?
All artworks are securely packaged in cardboard or wooden boxes.
How are sculptures and other items shipped?
They are shipped from the gallery via courier or postal service, depending on the size and destination.
Where can I collect my order?
You can pick up your order at your local delivery point.
Sculptures and larger items may be delivered to your home, collected from a nearby service point, or picked up directly from WAY gallery Sthlm at Upplandsgatan 57 in Stockholm.
How do I know my order has arrived?
You will receive a notification via email once your package is on its way.
You can track your order using PostNord or the courier service provided.
Can I track my package?
Yes, tracking information will be sent to your email. You can use the shipment ID to track it directly on the courier’s website.

Do you ship outside Sweden?
Absolutely – we offer international shipping.
How do I know my order has been received?
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is completed.

How long is a gift card valid?
Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Can I cancel my order?

Can I return an artwork?
Yes, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, provided the artwork is in its original condition.
