Ongoing exhibition - Guest space Marievik Stockholm
KAKELHUSET
Group Exhibition
09.06.26 - 09.09.26
During the summer of 2026, WAY gallery takes over Marievik with a site specific exhibition where contemporary art meets architecture, material and movement. In an area shaped by transformation, the exhibition becomes a way of re reading the site itself, existing in the space between an industrial past and a future still taking form.
The exhibition brings together works by Ellen Hedin, Emma Stocklassa, Erika Kristofersson Bredberg and Myrsini Alexandridi. Through sculpture, painting and spatial installations, the artists explore the relationship between body and structure, between the organic and the constructed. The works move through questions of memory, identity, materiality and human presence, echoing through Kakelhuset and the shifting landscape of Marievik.
Location - Årstaängsvägen 11, Marievik Stockholm

Good For The Sole
Lisa Larsson
08.05.26 - 10.05.26
WAY gallery presents a solo exhibition by Lisa Larsson. The exhibition brings together a new body of large-scale oil paintings in which figurative subjects emerge through atmospheres of openness, movement and quiet introspection. Working at the intersection of reality and imagination, Larsson constructs painterly spaces that suggest an elsewhere, a place shaped as much by memory and longing as by observation.
Previously exploring themes of the female body, identity and perspective through figurative painting, Larsson’s recent practice has evolved into a more fluid visual language in which realism and abstraction converge.

The Accretion of Sensibility
Gustaf Lilliestierna
16.04.26 – 29.04.26
WAY gallery presents The Accretion of Sensibility, a new exhibition by Gustaf Lilliestierna at Sotheby’s Stockholm. The exhibition brings together eleven oil paintings that unfold at the periphery of an implied narrative, where moments of quiet tension suggest both catastrophe and salvation. Rather than presenting fixed meanings, Lilliestierna works through suggestion and restraint, allowing ambiguity, absence and the unsaid to shape the visual experience.
By shifting focus away from the center of events to their margins, the paintings evoke a sense of uncertainty and contingency that invites individual interpretation.
