WAYgallerySthlm.com is an e-commerce company and gallery that sells art items such as posters, sculptures and candles and is run by WAY gallery Sthlm AB. The company is based on Upplandsgatan 57, 113 28 Stockholm.

At WAYgallerySthlm.com, however, the 18-year age limit applies to purchases.
Prices and payment
Each item is stated with price including VAT. At checkout you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment - We offer our customers purchases via Zettle, Visa, Mastercard and Swish. For orders with a delivery address outside Sweden, any customs costs and taxes are paid by you. For orders with a delivery address outside the EU, you will not be charged Swedish VAT.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the time you received the item. You have the right to open the packaging to take a closer look at the product. The item returned must be unused, in complete original packaging and in undamaged condition. Always contact us at info@waygallerysthlm.com before returning an item, and you will receive information about the return address. When returning an item, you are responsible for the return cost. Refund of the order amount or cancellation of issued invoice must be made by WAY gallery Sthlm within 30 days from the date on which the returned item is received.
Right of withdrawal does not apply in case
The customer has purchased a limited print that is numbered. If the customer has purchased a custom product or a product with a significant custom fit, such as a limited print, then the customer is not eligible for the WAY gallery Sthlm right of withdrawal. A product developed according to the customer's specific specifications is exempt from the consumer's right to cancel the purchase under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
Guarantees and service
If there is a visible damage that has occurred before the delivery is received, the product can be complained about. In such cases, email info@waygallerysthlm.com. If it turns out that the product is damaged, the consumer will be reimbursed for shipping costs and will be sent a new similar product where WAY gallery Sthlm is responsible for the shipping.
Private Policy When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. Gift card
Gift cards sold with us are valid for one (1) year from completed payment and can be purchased at WAY gallery Sthlm online store. When the validity period has passed, it is not possible to pay with the gift card or reactivate the card. The remaining balance on the gift card is non-refundable. The gift card is a valuable document that must be stored securely and cannot be exchanged for money. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be refunded.

Deliveries The delivery time is estimated to be 3-10 working days within Sweden and is sent with Printful, see their suppliers here. To other countries it takes between 5-10 working days depending on the country.
Uncollected packages
Most items are with your postal agent for 14 days. On avin you will find information about the length of stay. Shipments that are not picked up on time are sent back to the sender. Uncollected items in the gallery are returned to WAY gallery Sthlm after 30 days. For all packages that are not redeemed, Printful reserves the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee.
Returns

FORCE MAJEURE
An event such as outside WAY gallery Sthlm's control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that WAY gallery Sthlm is released from its obligations to fulfill concluded agreements.
Other
WAY gallery Sthlm reserves the right to change any information without prior notice. If a sale item has expired, WAY gallery Sthlm has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in advance. WAY gallery Sthlm reserves the right to make typographical errors in texts on this website. WAY gallery Sthlm also does not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. WAY gallery Sthlm reserves the right to adjust prices and any price errors.
