Handling of personal data
On May 25, 2018, a new law came into force, GDPR. It is a common law that will make the same rules apply throughout Europe. GDRP replaces the Personal Data Act. With GDRP, all organizations, merchants and companies must have a greater responsibility to have control over their customers' data.
WAY gallery Sthlm is responsible for the processing of your personal data that you leave with us as a customer and we make sure that you feel safe. We need to collect certain personal information from you in order to fulfill agreements with you as a customer. WAY gallery Sthlm does not disclose personal information to third parties other than those mentioned below.
What information is saved and for what purpose?
When you shop at WAY gallery Sthlm, we collect the following personal information: Name, address, e-mail, order history, telephone number, IP address and payment information. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect the following personal information: E-mail and name.

We do not share this information except for the following: Our payment providers are: Stripe (Read more about their policy here), Paypal (Read more about their policy here) and Swish. We also use Zettle for payment. In order for us to offer you Zettle payment methods, we need to share some of your personal information with Zettle, such as contact and order information. More information about Zettle can be found here. The use of this information is regulated in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Zettle data protection policy.
Delivery: In order for us to deliver your order, we must share certain information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name, address information, mobile number and e-mail address. This is so that our shipping provider can deliver your order to your address and telephone number / e-mail address is used to send you an AVI.
Shipping partners are: UPS, Printful, UPS, DHL, Prioritaire, Ryska Posten and Postnord.
Payment provider: When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. The information is saved in order to complete the purchase and to protect the parties from fraud.
Newsletter: We use Mailchimp to send out newsletters. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, your name and e-mail address will be saved so that we can send out information, news and campaigns for marketing purposes. This information is not passed on to any other party other than our supplier for dispatch and is stored for the time being. You can at any time ask us to remove you from our mailing list and delete your information.
Event: We only use data entered for the purpose of registering for upcoming events, openings, marketing and sending information about that exhibition, event or artist and creator. You can at any time ask us to remove you from our mailing list and delete your data.
IT Partner: Web developer, our email client via Gmail (google), Printful and our digital platform provider Wix.com which also provides our business system. (read more about their policy here)
Cookies: We use cookies and other tools for web analytics, such as Google Analytics, to automatically collect information about you to deliver a better experience at WAY gallery Sthlm. (Read more about Cookies here).
Application: If you apply to become a creator at WAY gallery Sthlm, we save the information that you choose to fill in. This information is never shared with third parties and is saved for a maximum of 2 years.
Marketing: In order for us to make our website as relevant as possible, we share your personal information with marketing services. Such as, Google and Facebook. How long do we store your personal information? We never store your personal information for longer than is necessary for each purpose. In the most common cases, we delete your personal data after the end of the purpose. The only cases where we retain the information longer than necessary are when we have to comply with legal obligations. (for example according to the Accounting Act)
Rights
You always have the right to receive extracts from all the information we have about you and also have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete. You also have the right to be forgotten. You can request that the information concerning you be deleted at any time. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as that it must be retained because we must fulfill a legal obligation. (for example according to the Accounting Act)
