Shipping & Returns
In order for us to be able to deliver your order, we must share certain information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name, address information, mobile number and e-mail address. This is so that our shipping provider can deliver your order to your address and telephone number / e-mail address is used to send you an AVI.
Shipping partners: UPS, Printful, Priority and Postnord.
It is estimated to be 3-10 working days within Sweden and is sent with Printful, see their suppliers here. To other countries it takes between 5-10 working days depending on the country.
Most items are with your postal agent for 14 days. On AVI you will find information about the length of stay. Shipments that are not picked up on time are sent back to the sender.
Uncollected items in the gallery are returned to WAY gallery Sthlm after 30 days. For all packages that are not redeemed, Printful reserves the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee.
If there is a visible damage that has occurred before the delivery is received, the product can be complained about. If it turns out that the product is damaged, the consumer will be reimbursed for shipping costs and will be sent a new similar product where WAY gallery Sthlm is responsible for the shipping.
